Wolfgang KeyBoard bench by Nolan Herbut

Another creative product from eco-minded designer Nolan Herbut. This time the Wolfgang KeyBoard bench which made of discarded keyboard keys. From a distance, the mosaic lining the bench appears to be made of marble or other simple stone. But on a closer inspection, the tiny squares turn out to be keyboard keys in tones of white and grey.

The shape of the bench is first prepare, with the surface purposely made for plug-in the keys. The wave-line shape of the bench just make the finish product look interesting. While the project is just an idea, I totally believed that with thoughtful planning, the Wolfgang KeyBoard bench has a lot of potential for turning waste into something useful and aesthetic.
